RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Products can only be returned/exchanged if the received product is wrongly sent, defective, or damaged in transit. To be eligible for return, the product must be in unused condition and in the original packaging.
Our policy is valid for 2 days from the received date of the shipment. If 2 days has gone by upon receipt of the shipment, we cannot offer you an exchange or return.
Products purchased under ‘Sale/Clearance’ cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Disclaimer: The shade of product may slightly vary depending on the screen resolution and operating system you are using.
Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refunds are processed, and the amount will be refunded back to the account from which it was paid within 5-7 working days.
In case of COD orders please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, you need to provide us certain details for us to transfer to your bank account.
Please note that Cash-on-Delivery charges and Shipping Charges (if applicable) are not refundable.
Orders place can only be cancelled if the shipment has not been dispatched from our warehouse. Once we start processing, no cancellation of the order(s) can be done.
